At Voltage, we strive to be fast, efficient, and deliver quality work.

We certainly don’t like wasting time — neither yours nor ours.

In our core business, charging by time is currently the fairest and most cost-effective approach because it allows us to:

• Be as efficient as possible during our visits (evenings 6:00–9:00 PM and weekends)
• Guarantee you a fair price based on the actual time spent — without cutting corners
• Be available quickly when you need us
• Give you transparent rates upfront — no stress
• Avoid bad surprises and “off-package” requests like: “Can you please do this extra thing for the same price?”
• Optimise travel and avoid unnecessary costs, traffic jams, demonstrations and road closures.

Time-saving tip: Send us a short video of your issue (leaky tap, broken socket, leak under the sink, etc.). This helps us:

• Give you an estimated quote
• Prepare the necessary tools and materials in advance (worst case, the hardware store is open until 8:00 PM)
• Intervene quickly without wasting time
